Competence shouldn't be
lost in translation.
VoiceX exists because capable people lose work, credibility and patience over something that has nothing to do with how good they are at their job.
Millions of people work in English every day in a voice that a US listener finds hard to follow. Not because their English is poor — often it's excellent — but because pronunciation carries habits from a first language, and a listener on a noisy line has very little patience for decoding.
The industry's answer has been to push the cost onto the speaker. Screen candidates on their accent. Put agents through months of coaching. Tell people to slow down and enunciate while they're also solving a customer's problem in real time.
We thought the technology should carry that cost instead. VoiceX changes how speech sounds — never what a person says, never their meaning, never their intent. Agents keep their words and their personality. Customers get a conversation they can follow the first time.
We're equally clear about what we won't do. We don't replace people with synthetic presenters, we don't erase identity in the name of clarity, and we don't publish customer numbers we haven't verified with the customer.
Three things we hold to.
Show, don't claim
Evaluations run on your recordings, not our benchmark. If it isn't obvious on your audio, we haven't earned the deal.
Keep people themselves
Clarity should never cost someone their own voice. Identity is preserved by design, not offered as an upgrade.
