Who we are

VoiceX provides real-time voice processing for organisations that handle spoken customer conversations. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we handle audio you choose to process.

Information you give us

When you submit a demo request, partnership enquiry, contact form or job application, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, work email, company, team size and your message. We use this only to respond to you and to follow up about VoiceX.

Audio you process on this site

The playground lets you start a live session, build a voice profile, or upload a recording. Audio you submit is processed to produce the result you asked for. Voice profiles you create are stored so that you can select them again in the playground.

The playground is a public demonstration environment. Please do not upload confidential recordings, and only submit a voice that you are entitled to use. If you would like a profile you created removed, contact us and we will delete it.

Customer deployments

Production deployments are governed by the agreement with that customer rather than by this policy. In private VPC and on-premise deployments, call audio is processed entirely within the customer's own infrastructure and is not transmitted to us.

How long we keep things

Enquiry details are retained for as long as needed to deal with your request and to keep a record of our correspondence. Voice profiles created in the playground remain until removed on request. In customer deployments, retention is configurable and may be set to none.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this site and communicate with you, and where we are legally required to do so.

Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Access to enquiry data is restricted to the people who need it in order to respond to you.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to how we use it. Contact us to make a request and we will respond.
