Your audio,
under your control.
Call recordings are among the most sensitive data an organisation holds. VoiceX is built so you decide where that audio lives and who can reach it.
Deploy where policy requires
Managed cloud, your own private VPC, or fully on-premise. On-premise means audio never leaves your building.
Encrypted in transit
Traffic between your environment and the service is encrypted end to end using current TLS.
Not used to train on
Customer call audio is not repurposed as training material. Processing produces your result and nothing else.
What a security review will ask about.
The questions come up in the same order every time, so here are the answers up front.
- Data residency — choose the region, or keep it entirely in your own facility
- Network isolation — deployable with no egress to the public internet
- Access control — administrative access scoped and auditable
- Retention — configurable, including processing with no retention at all
- Failure behaviour — falls through to unprocessed audio rather than dropping a call
Isolated networking
Runs without public egress in locked-down environments.
Scoped access
Administrative surfaces are restricted and auditable.
Review support
We answer questionnaires and join review calls directly.
Minimal surface
The public service exposes only what the product needs.
Security questions.
Where is call audio processed?
Wherever you choose to deploy. In managed cloud we process in the region you select; in VPC or on-premise deployments processing happens entirely inside your own infrastructure.
Is our audio used to improve the product?
No. Customer call audio is processed to produce your output and is not repurposed as training material.
Can it run with no internet access?
Yes. On-premise deployments are designed to operate inside isolated networks without public egress.
Do you complete security questionnaires?
Yes, and our engineers will join the review call rather than leaving your team with a PDF.
What is retained after a call?
Retention is configurable and can be set to none, so processing leaves nothing behind beyond what you choose to keep.
Bring us your security questionnaire.
We'd rather answer it early than discover a blocker at the end of an evaluation.
