These terms govern your use of this website and the public playground. Use of VoiceX in a production deployment is governed instead by the separate written agreement with that customer.

The playground

The playground is provided free of charge for evaluation. It is a demonstration environment, offered as is, without any guarantee of availability, capacity or retention. We may change or withdraw it at any time.

Acceptable use

When using the playground you agree that you will:

• only submit a voice that is your own, or one you have permission to use;
• not use it to impersonate any person or organisation, or to create material intended to deceive;
• not upload confidential recordings or material you are not entitled to share;
• not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.

We may remove any profile or restrict access where we believe these terms have been breached.

Your responsibility for voices

Voice profiles are a powerful capability. You are solely responsible for having the rights and consents necessary for any voice you submit, and for how you use anything you generate.

Intellectual property

The website, the service and all associated software and content are owned by VoiceX or its licensors. Nothing here transfers any ownership to you.

No warranty

This website and the playground are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoiceX is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this website or the playground.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
