Everything we'd tell you
on the call anyway.

Practical guides on evaluating call clarity, the metrics worth tracking, and how deployments actually work.

FAQ

Questions teams ask first.

Is this speech-to-text or translation?

Neither. VoiceX doesn't transcribe the call and it doesn't change languages. It changes how English speech sounds so it's easier to follow.

Do agents need training to use it?

No. They speak normally on the headset they already have. There is nothing new in their workflow.

Can we keep call audio inside our own network?

Yes — VPC and fully on-premise deployments are supported, and audio never leaves infrastructure you control.

How quickly can we see results?

You can hear it immediately in the playground. A structured proof of value on your own recordings typically runs alongside your normal QA cycle.

What happens if something fails mid-call?

Deployments are configured to fall through to unprocessed audio rather than drop the call.

Which accents does it handle?

The focus is South and Southeast Asian accents in English, converted toward neutral US English. Bring samples and we'll show you results on your own speakers.

Glossary

Terms we use on this site.

Accent conversion
Reshaping how English is pronounced so a listener follows it more easily. The words and meaning are unchanged.
AHT (average handle time)
The average duration of a call including talk and wrap-up. Repeats and clarifications push it up.
CSAT
A post-call satisfaction score. Strongly influenced by how easy the conversation felt, not only whether it was resolved.
Intelligibility
Whether a listener can follow speech the first time, without replaying it or asking for a repeat.
Voice profile
A reusable representation of a particular speaker's voice, used to keep their identity through processing.
